- Client’s brief: We listen to, react to and develop our Client’s brief. We offer ideas to enhance the project and evolve the Client’s brief.
- Planning: We submit Planning applications and obtain permissions. We liaise with Planning authorities on your behalf.
- Building Control: We provide information and drawings for Building Control approval. We liaise with Building Control on your behalf.
- We produce a comprehensive and robust pack of information for obtaining competitive quotations.
- Technical information: We provide detailed and specific information to allow the build to be built to your specification and achieve a high quality.
- Construction drawings: We produce construction drawings that are coordinated and allow your project to be successfully constructed.
- Contract administration.
- Site visits and working with builders: We will visit and liaise with you and your builder throughout the project.
- Measured surveys: We can provide measured surveys of your building.
- Project Management.
- Production of drawings and images in both 2D and 3D: We provide drawings in two dimensions and can also provide three dimensional images of your project both internally and externally.
